Waarom montessorionderwijs effectief is, voor wie en onder welke omstandigheden, blijft onduidelijk &#8211; deels als gevolg van implementatieverschillen tussen scholen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er bestaan verschillende methoden om de implementatie van montessoriprincipes te meten, zoals het gebruiken van vooraf vastgestelde criteria of door observatie in de groep. Deze methoden slagen er echter niet in om een genuanceerd beeld te geven van de praktijk op een montessorischool. Deze praktijken kunnen sterk vari\u00ebren, maar de meeste meetmethoden hebben de neiging om de montessoripraktijken in te delen in dichotomie\u00ebn: \u2018authentiek of niet-authentiek\u2019, \u201c\u00e9cht montessorionderwijs of montessori-something\u201d. Daarmee doen ze geen recht aan alle verschillende montessoripraktijken die er bestaan. De studie toont verschillen tussen montessorischolen in Nederland aan, wat onderstreept dat er een instrument nodig is dat genuanceerd de verschillende montessoripraktijken in beeld kan brengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De komende jaren blijven zij onderzoek doen naar de manier waarop montessorischolen het concept implementeren. Al heel veel dank voor alle leraren en scholen die aan deze studie hebben deelgenomen.
