{"id":2196,"date":"2025-04-22T13:54:21","date_gmt":"2025-04-22T11:54:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/montessori.nl\/professionals\/?p=2196"},"modified":"2025-04-22T13:54:22","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T11:54:22","slug":"mmun-in-rome","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/montessori.nl\/professionals\/2025\/04\/22\/mmun-in-rome\/","title":{"rendered":"MMUN in Rome"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Van 8 april tot 11 april 2025 mochten acht montessori leerkrachten \/ teamleiders en twee bestuursleden van de NMV op bezoek bij MMUN in Rome. Nou ja, Rome&#8230; een hotel twintig minuten rijden van het centrum. Tijdens die dagen zagen we hoe MMUN er uit ziet en doorliepen we met vierhonderd montessorileerlingen het programma.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MMUN (Montessori Model United Nations) laat kinderen samen, vanuit de hele wereld, oplossingen bedenken voor wereldproblematiek. Hiervoor wordt de overlegstructuur van de Verenigde Naties (UN) gebruikt. Iedere school die meedoet, vertegenwoordigt een land. De leerlingen moeten \u201cuit monde van dat land\u201d oplossingen aandragen voor de problemen die voorliggen. Het uiteindelijke doel is het bereiken van consensus en daarna een resolutie. Deze resoluties werden aan het einde van deze vier dagen voorgelezen in het gebouw van het WFP (World Food Program).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op dit moment doet er geen Nederlandse school aan MMUN mee. Met het groepje dat in Rome is geweest willen we kijken op welke manier we vanuit Nederland kunnen aansluiten.
